Requirements

All units require first and last month’s rent plus security deposit prior to signing lease.

As part of the application, each applicant is required to perform a credit and background check.

Three months of paystubs must be provided to verify income and complete application.

Lease Terms

All units require a 12 month lease.

All units are non-smoking & pets are not allowed.

Maximum Occupancy

A maximum occupancy of 2 people per bedroom for each unit.
